Accountability Partner

Definition

Another founder or professional you meet with regularly to share goals, progress, and honest feedback, holding each other responsible for following through on commitments.

Why it matters

Having an accountability partner increases goal completion rates by up to 95% (Association for Talent Development). External accountability transforms intentions into consistent action.

Example

You and another founder meet on Zoom every Monday for 30 minutes. You each share last week's goal (did you do it?), next week's goal, and one blocker you need help thinking through.
