Brand Ambassador
Definition
A customer, creator, or public figure who genuinely loves your brand and advocates for it consistently, often through a formal or informal partnership.
Why it matters
Brand ambassadors are more trusted than paid ads because they are authentic advocates, not hired voices. A passionate community of ambassadors is one of the most cost-effective growth channels.
Example
You identify your 10 most enthusiastic customers. You offer them early access, exclusive discounts, and a referral bonus. They post organically, attend events, and become your word-of-mouth engine.
