CEO Mindset
Definition
A shift in thinking from "employee doing tasks" to "business owner making strategic decisions", focused on leverage, vision, and working on the business, not just in it.
Why it matters
Many founders stay stuck in delivery mode, doing everything themselves. Adopting a CEO mindset means prioritising what only you can do and delegating or systematising the rest.
Example
A consultant realises she is at capacity with 1:1 clients. A CEO mindset leads her to create a group programme and hire a VA, tripling revenue without working more hours.
