Cohort Course
Definition
A digital course where a group of students all go through the material together at the same time, with live sessions, accountability, and community, unlike self-paced courses.
Why it matters
Cohort courses command 3-5× higher prices than self-paced courses because of the live access, community, and accountability. Completion rates are also dramatically higher.
Example
Your self-paced course sells for £197. You launch a cohort version with 3 live calls and a community for £797. 20 students = £15,940. Same content; dramatically more value and revenue.
