Customer Feedback Loop

Definition

A system for continuously collecting, analysing, and acting on customer feedback, creating an ongoing cycle of product and service improvement.

Why it matters

Businesses that systematically gather and act on feedback improve faster and churn less. Ignoring feedback means problems compound until customers leave without explaining why.

Example

After every project, a consultant sends a 3-question feedback form. Responses feed into a Notion dashboard reviewed monthly. Issues are addressed; positive patterns are replicated.
