Distribution Channel
Definition
The route through which you reach and deliver your product to customers, such as your own website, social media, a marketplace, email, or retail partners.
Why it matters
A great product no one can find will not sell. Choosing and owning the right distribution channels is often the difference between a business that grows and one that stalls.
Example
A founder sells handmade candles through three channels: her own Shopify store, an Etsy shop, and a local gift shop, spreading her reach across different audiences.
