Drip Campaign
Definition
A pre-written automated email sequence sent over time, "dripping" valuable content and offers to a subscriber to gradually move them toward a purchase.
Why it matters
Most customers need multiple touchpoints before buying. A drip campaign automates those touchpoints, warming up leads while you focus on other things.
Example
Someone downloads your free guide. Over 10 days they receive: Day 1, welcome + guide. Day 3. Your story. Day 5, a case study. Day 8. Your offer. Day 10, testimonials. Conversion: 12%.
