Email Deliverability

Definition

The ability of your emails to reach subscribers' inboxes rather than landing in spam or being blocked by email providers.

Why it matters

An email that never reaches the inbox is money thrown away. Good deliverability requires a warm sending reputation, clean lists, and avoiding spam-trigger words.

Example

A founder notices her open rates dropped from 35% to 8%. Investigation reveals her emails are going to spam. She cleans her list of inactive subscribers and deliverability recovers.
