Evergreen Content

Definition

Content that remains relevant and useful for months or years after it is created, not tied to trends, news, or time-sensitive events.

Why it matters

Evergreen content compounds in value. A well-written blog post answering a perennial question can drive traffic for years. It is the opposite of chasing trending topics.

Example

"How to register as a sole trader" is evergreen. It is searched every day, the information rarely changes, and every new entrepreneur needs it. A trending celebrity news post is not.
