Feedback Loop

Definition

A systematic process where output from your business, customer reactions, data, reviews, feeds back in as input to improve your next iteration.

Why it matters

The businesses that improve fastest are those with the tightest feedback loops. Rather than waiting for quarterly reviews, they continuously gather signal and act on it.

Example

You launch a product, collect reviews within 7 days, update the product description and images based on what confused customers, relaunch, and conversion improves 18%. That is a feedback loop.
