High-Ticket Offer
Definition
A premium-priced product or service, typically from a few hundred to tens of thousands of pounds, that requires a more consultative sales process and delivers a high-value, often personalised, transformation.
Why it matters
High-ticket offers generate more revenue from fewer customers, reducing the acquisition volume required to hit income goals. They also tend to attract more serious buyers who follow through and get better results.
Example
A business coach who previously sold a £197 course pivots to a £5,000 six-month mentorship. She now needs only 20 clients a year to exceed her previous income, and can focus all her energy on delivering exceptional results for a manageable group.
