Imposter Syndrome

Definition

The persistent feeling that you are not as capable as others perceive you to be. That you are a fraud who will eventually be "found out," despite evidence of your competence.

Why it matters

Imposter syndrome affects the majority of high-achieving founders. Unaddressed, it leads to self-sabotage, underpricing, and avoiding visibility that would grow your business.

Example

You launch your first course and 50 people buy it. Instead of celebrating, you feel like they made a mistake. You hesitate to market it further in case "real experts" judge you.
