Leverage
Definition
Using resources, capital, systems, people, technology, or media, to multiply your output beyond what you could achieve with your time and effort alone.
Why it matters
The most successful founders obsess over leverage. Every hour spent building a system, training a team member, or creating content that sells while you sleep is compounding leverage.
Example
A founder who records a 2-hour masterclass once and sells it to 1,000 people over 3 years is leveraging her time. She "worked" 2 hours but delivered value to 1,000 people.
