Line Sheet
Definition
A simple sales document that lists every product in your range with its wholesale price, sizes, colours, minimums and order codes. It is the practical tool retailers use to place a wholesale order.
Why it matters
A lookbook creates desire; a line sheet closes the wholesale sale. Without a clear line sheet, buyers cannot order easily and you look unready to trade.
Example
After a boutique loves the lookbook, the brand sends a line sheet showing each style at £45 wholesale, minimum six units, available in three colourways with a Friday order cut-off.
