Live Launch

Definition

A time-limited promotional event, often involving live video, daily email sequences, webinars, and a defined cart-open and close window, used to generate concentrated sales around a new product or programme.

Why it matters

The urgency, momentum, and real-time energy of a live launch generates more sales in a short window than passive evergreen promotion. Done well, launches create cultural moments that build community and buzz.

Example

A founder opens enrolment to her group coaching programme for five days only, supported by a daily email sequence, three live training videos, a Q&A session, and a countdown timer. She generates 80% of her annual revenue from one launch event.
