Logo Retention
Definition
The share of customers, counted as individual accounts or "logos", who are still with you after a period, regardless of how much each one spends.
Why it matters
Logo retention shows whether customers stick around at all, separate from revenue. You can lose lots of small accounts while revenue grows, which hides a leaky product.
Example
You started the year with 100 customers and 85 are still subscribed twelve months later, so your logo retention is 85%.
