Mastermind Group

Definition

A small peer group of entrepreneurs who meet regularly to share challenges, hold each other accountable, and provide advice, combining collective intelligence for individual growth.

Why it matters

Entrepreneurship is lonely. Mastermind groups provide a sounding board, accountability, and fresh perspective from people who face similar challenges.

Example

Six service-based founders meet on Zoom monthly. They each share one win, one challenge, and ask the group for help. One member generates £15,000 in new business from a referral within the group.
