Multi-Channel Marketing
Definition
A strategy of engaging customers through multiple platforms and touchpoints simultaneously, such as email, social media, paid ads, and in-person events, to create a consistent presence wherever the audience is.
Why it matters
Customers rarely convert from a single touchpoint. Multi-channel marketing ensures your message reaches people across different contexts, increasing the cumulative probability of conversion and reducing dependency on any one channel.
Example
A founder reaches her audience through a weekly newsletter, Instagram content, podcast appearances, and occasional Facebook ads. A potential customer discovers her on a podcast, follows her on Instagram, then converts through her email sequence.
