Net Negative Churn
Definition
When the extra money existing customers spend through upgrades outweighs the money lost to cancellations, so revenue from your current base grows even with no new customers.
Why it matters
Net negative churn is a sign of a very healthy subscription business, because revenue compounds from customers you already have.
Example
Upgrades add £1,200 this month while cancellations cost £700, so your existing customers grew revenue by £500 on their own.
