Net New ARR

Net New Annual Recurring Revenue

Definition

The change in your yearly recurring revenue over a period, after adding new and upgraded revenue and subtracting losses.

Why it matters

Net new ARR is the clearest single number for how much your recurring revenue actually grew.

Example

Adding £50k of new ARR while losing £10k to cancellations gives £40k of net new ARR.
