OKRs
Objectives and Key Results
Definition
A goal-setting framework: an Objective is the ambitious goal; Key Results are 2-5 measurable milestones that define what success looks like.
Why it matters
OKRs align your daily actions with your big goals. They prevent you from being busy without progress, every task should connect to a key result.
Example
Objective: Grow the membership to 500 paying members. KR1: Hit 500 active subscribers by December. KR2: Achieve <5% monthly churn. KR3: Reach NPS score of 40+.
