Packaging Insert
Definition
A printed card, note, or gift placed inside a product's packaging, used to delight customers, request reviews, offer discount codes, or drive repeat purchases.
Why it matters
A packaging insert reaches customers at their most excited moment, just after opening a purchase. It is one of the highest-converting touchpoints in e-commerce at near-zero cost.
Example
A candle brand includes a card: "How was your experience? Leave us a review and get 15% off your next order." Review volume doubles within a month.
