Power User
Definition
A customer who uses a product far more intensely than average, often acting as a super-advocate and providing the most valuable product feedback.
Why it matters
Power users reveal the core, habit-forming value of your product. Designing for them often creates features that attract and retain all users at a higher level.
Example
A productivity app identifies users who create 10+ tasks daily, use the app 7 days a week, and share it with 3+ people. These power users get early access to new features in exchange for feedback.
