Rate Card
Definition
A document a creator or agency uses to list their prices for different types of content, Reels, Stories, TikToks, blog posts, and their audience stats.
Why it matters
A rate card professionalises the negotiation with brands. Without one, you risk undercharging. Most creators charge 10-30% less than they should because they have no benchmarks.
Example
Your rate card: Instagram Reel, £800 | 3 Stories, £300 | Full campaign (Reel + Stories + story highlights), £1,400 | TikTok, £600. Followers: 45k. ER: 6.2%.
