Reactivation Campaign
Definition
A targeted marketing effort aimed at winning back lapsed or inactive customers and encouraging them to buy or engage again.
Why it matters
Past customers already know and trust you, so re-engaging them is usually cheaper and more effective than acquiring brand new ones.
Example
A founder emails customers who have not bought in six months with a friendly we miss you message and a small incentive, and a chunk of them return to purchase.
