Refund Rate
Definition
The percentage of your sales that customers ask to have their money back for, over a given period.
Why it matters
A rising refund rate is an early warning that your product, expectations or marketing need fixing, and it directly eats into your profit.
Example
If 100 people buy your course and 4 request refunds, your refund rate is 4 percent.
