Sabbatical

A planned, extended period away from work, typically ranging from one week to several months, taken intentionally to rest, reflect, travel, learn, or pursue creative work without business responsibilities.

Sustained output without rest degrades quality and eventually produces burnout. A planned sabbatical is not a weakness but a strategic investment in the founder's long-term capacity, creativity, and decision-making quality.
