Tailwind CSS
Definition
A utility-first CSS framework that lets you style elements by applying pre-built class names directly in HTML, instead of writing custom CSS files. Enormously popular in modern web development.
Why it matters
Tailwind speeds up styling dramatically and enforces visual consistency. Most modern Next.js and React projects use it, recognising Tailwind classes helps you read and review code.
Example
A founder's developer adds className="bg-pink-500 text-white rounded-xl px-6 py-3" to create a pink rounded button, pure Tailwind, no custom CSS needed.
