Tiered Pricing

Definition

Offering multiple price points for the same core product or service, basic, pro, and premium tiers. Each with incrementally more features or support.

Why it matters

Tiered pricing captures value from customers with different budgets and needs. The middle tier anchors the page and is usually where 60-70% of buyers land, by design.

Example

Starter £29/mo (1 user, basic features), Professional £79/mo (5 users, full features), Enterprise £199/mo (unlimited, priority support). Most buyers choose Professional, the intended tier.
