Time Blocking
Definition
A scheduling method where you assign specific blocks of time in your calendar to specific types of tasks, rather than working reactively from a to-do list.
Why it matters
Time blocking creates structure in the undefined freedom of entrepreneurship. Without it, urgent tasks crowd out important ones, and progress stalls.
Example
Monday: 8-10am Deep work (building). 10-11am Emails. 1-3pm Content creation. 3-4pm Admin. 4-5pm Learning. Everything has a block. Unscheduled time becomes distraction time.
