The overall experience a person has when using your website or product, how easy, intuitive, and satisfying it is to navigate and achieve their goal.
Why it matters
A beautiful website with poor UX loses customers at every step. Good UX removes friction from the path to purchase, turning visitors into buyers.
Example
Poor UX: your checkout requires 8 fields, a forced account creation, and three confirmation pages. Good UX: guest checkout, address autofill, one-click payment. Conversion doubles.
