Value Proposition
Definition
The clear, specific benefit your product or service provides to your customer, what problem it solves and why it is better than the alternative.
Why it matters
If you cannot articulate your value proposition in one sentence, neither can your customers. A weak value proposition is the root cause of most marketing that doesn't convert.
Example
"The only planner designed specifically for neurodivergent founders who struggle with traditional time management systems." Clear problem, clear audience, clear benefit.
