Weekly Review

Definition

A deliberate 30-60 minute review at the end of each week, assessing what you achieved, what you did not, what is ahead, and re-aligning your priorities for the following week.

Why it matters

Without a weekly review, weeks disappear into busyness with no stocktaking. The review is where you catch misalignment early, celebrate wins, and ensure each week is intentional rather than reactive.

Example

Friday 4pm: review KPIs, mark completed tasks, move uncompleted items, plan Monday's top 3 priorities, clear your inbox, update your project tracker. Total time: 45 minutes. Returns 10× in clarity.
