Your account, your business profile, your notes, and your connected analytics are private to your account. We do not sell your personal data, and we never will.

We only share data with the trusted providers that run the platform, such as our database, hosting, AI, and payment partners. Each one is named in our Privacy Policy, along with exactly what it handles and why.

• ◆Encrypted connections. Every page and request is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• ◆Encrypted integration tokens. When you connect a service such as Shopify or Instagram, the access token is encrypted on our servers using AES-256-GCM, a widely trusted encryption standard. It is never stored in plain text.
• ◆Secure sign-in. Authentication and your account data are managed by Supabase, our database and identity provider.
• ◆Payments stay with the experts. Membership payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• ◆Security logging. We keep a short record of significant account events, such as sign-ins and new connections, for up to 180 days, to help detect and prevent unauthorised access.

Founder Intelligence, our AI assistant, is built on Anthropic's Claude. When you ask Ada a question, we send the context she needs, such as your business profile and the recent conversation, to Anthropic to generate a reply. Anthropic processes this only on our behalf.

Your conversation history is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Any mood signals we read from your messages, such as time pressure or uncertainty, are anonymised before they shape a response.

We would rather show you nothing than show you something fake. Every figure in your dashboard comes from your own connected accounts.

• ◆Where we cannot verify a number, we show a dash, never a guess or a placeholder zero.
• ◆Sample data is always clearly labelled as a sample, so you never mistake it for your own.
• ◆Features that are still in progress are marked as Beta or Coming Soon, so you always know what is live.

• ◆Disconnect any integration whenever you like from your settings. We stop accessing it straight away.
• ◆Turn notifications on or off at any time. Turning them off removes the stored subscription from that device.
• ◆Clear the copy of your data kept on your device by clearing your browser storage.
• ◆Request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Your full rights are set out in our Privacy Policy.
