Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 June 2026

1. Our approach

We want you to feel confident signing up to Rich Girl Systems. This policy explains your rights and how to request a refund.

If you have any questions before purchasing, email us at info@richgirlsystems.com and we will be happy to help.

2. 14-day cooling-off period

If you are a consumer based in the UK or European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@richgirlsystems.com within 14 days of your subscription start date. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

Note on digital content access

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if you have accessed a substantial amount of digital content (such as completing program lessons) within the 14-day cooling-off period, your right to a full refund may be limited. We assess this on a case-by-case basis and will always aim to be fair.

3. After the 14-day period

We do not offer refunds for subscription charges after the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, except in exceptional circumstances, such as a sustained technical error that prevented you from accessing the service.

4. Annual plans

If you purchased an annual membership and cancel within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund. After 14 days, cancellation stops future charges but no refund is issued for the remaining months of the current annual period.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@richgirlsystems.com with the following:

  • Your name and the email address on your account.
  • Your date of purchase.
  • Your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful).

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of approval. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK law. For further information on your consumer rights, visit citizensadvice.org.uk.
